My coaching approach is based on Acceptance-Based Therapy principles and Cognitive Behavioral methods. I help clients become aware of unhelpful thought patterns, develop psychological flexibility, and take value-driven actions. By combining acceptance strategies with practical cognitive tools, I support sustainable behavioral change and long-term personal growth.
